I stayed with my family (2 adults and 2 children) for 3 nights in this hotel in Viareggio with simple but very nice and I must thank the owner Maurizio for the friendliness, kindness and the welcome reserved us. Upon arriving we gave us all the information and informed of the conventions. The hotel is located in a very quiet location (near the pine forest) near the center. E 'was also easy to park the car for free very close. The quadruple that the hotel gave us was very large, spotless and equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi and fast, very hearty breakfast, I'll just go back to Viareggio certainly again in this Hotel. I spent with my family of fantastic days! THANK YOU HOTEL LISA '! You know that feeling when you return home in his own house? Here, this is what you feel entering this lovely B & B. Family run excellent, very cute and nice. We have've been for only one night but we were very pleased. The room we were given was quite small but not claustrophobic (for one night was more than enough for most days we would have suffered a little bit) and equipped with air conditioning. The cleanliness of the room was impressive. Small mole, in a recently refurbished hotel, was the presence of a shower curtain in our bathroom. Clean and functional, but it is very "old." Breakfast, sweet and salty, it was rather minimalist given the small quantities. Many packaged products were present on the counter. However we did not get up with hunger. The most uncomfortable thing to note is the lack of the hotel car park or parking in general. Being located on the sea, you will struggle to find parking (both free and pay those few) every time you decide to move the machine. Very comfortable and cute bathing agreement with the hotel within walking distance. The owners are two wonderful people, ready to give you a hand with the luggage or any explanations or advice. To be a 2 star, we are very happy with the stay and what they gave us.
