Ho soggiornato in questo hotel l'ultima settimana di luglio. Personale gentile e disponibilissimo sempre pronto a dare consigli. Camere arredate in maniera semplice ma funzionale, pulite e confortevoli. Colazione sempre con prodotti freschi. Noleggio bici a 5 euro al giorno. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri. Zona pineta, tranquilla anche se non adattisima a giovani. Ha soggiornato in Luglio 2015, viaggiato in coppia

Disponibilità e cortesia dei proprietari. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Unico neo sono i cuscini quasi inesistenti. Wi-Fi raggiungibile dalle camere, gratuito e permette una buona navigazione, cosa non da poco, visto che tutti promettono ma poi non funziona nulla. Ottima colazione, dovuta dal fatto che, anche se stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle, il caffè e il cappuccio te lo fanno con macchina espresso e non con le macchinette automatiche. Struttura vivamente consigliata.

L' hotel si trova in un'area verde e tranquilla di Viareggio, dove è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente a pochi passi. Attraversando la fresca pineta sia a piedi che con le bici dell' hotel si arriva in pochi minuti in centro e al mare. Un piccolo villino in stile liberty semplice ma curatissimo e pulito, meriterebbe sicuramente la terza stella. Il personale...

"Hotel a Viareggio - Sicuramente da consigliare" Struttura molto confortevole e curata. Ottima posizione nei pressi di mare e pineta. Proprietario molto gentile e cordiale, sempre con ottimi consigli sugli eventi e sui luoghi da visitare nei dintorni. Colazione abbondante, varia e di qualità.

"Easter Weekend" Hotel Lisa '2 stars Viareggio. Large spaces, comfortable and above all very clean. the owner is a nice person and structure in my opinion beautiful. breakfast is not very varied but certainly plentiful. certainly recommended.

I stayed with my family (2 adults and 2 children) for 3 nights in this hotel in Viareggio with simple but very nice and I must thank the owner Maurizio for the friendliness, kindness and the welcome reserved us. Upon arriving we gave us all the information and informed of the conventions. The hotel is located in a very quiet location (near the pine forest) near the center. E 'was also easy to park the car for free very close. The quadruple that the hotel gave us was very large, spotless and equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi and fast, very hearty breakfast, I'll just go back to Viareggio certainly again in this Hotel. I spent with my family of fantastic days! THANK YOU HOTEL LISA '! Arredata con gusto e in posizione molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro. Parcheggio non a pagamento nell'immediata vicinanza. Staff cordiale e molto disponibile. Ottima colazione

Siamo stati a Viareggio nei giorni di Pasqua e abbiamo soggiornato in questo grazioso alberghetto. Fin da subito l'impressione è stata molto positiva... arredamento curato e moderno, ma non solo, camere molto carine e pulitissime. Abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro cucciolo di bulldog e anche lui è stato accolto davvero molto bene, consiglio infatti questo hotel a chi viaggia con animali. I proprietari sono davvero disponibili e cortesi. Secondo me meriterebbe una stella in più. Sicuramente ci torneremo! Continuate così!!!!

The friendliness of the owner, I would have to stay 3 nights at the hotel lisa ', but for an unexpected I only stayed one night and the owner did not bat an eyelid at my request to cancel my reservation at the last minute. Also the hotel is very intimate leased near a pine forest on the sea almost a very peaceful and welcoming. Will definitely go back to the hotel lisa' in Viareggio.

Managers very sympathetic available ..B & B located in an excellent location close to the famous lungomare..colazione abbondante..stanza cozy and clean! My only small complaint .. (but question still a B & B) is not equipped with a shower box ..

You know that feeling when you return home in his own house? Here, this is what you feel entering this lovely B & B. Family run excellent, very cute and nice. We have've been for only one night but we were very pleased. The room we were given was quite small but not claustrophobic (for one night was more than enough for most days we would have suffered a little bit) and equipped with air conditioning. The cleanliness of the room was impressive. Small mole, in a recently refurbished hotel, was the presence of a shower curtain in our bathroom. Clean and functional, but it is very "old." Breakfast, sweet and salty, it was rather minimalist given the small quantities. Many packaged products were present on the counter. However we did not get up with hunger. The most uncomfortable thing to note is the lack of the hotel car park or parking in general. Being located on the sea, you will struggle to find parking (both free and pay those few) every time you decide to move the machine. Very comfortable and cute bathing agreement with the hotel within walking distance. The owners are two wonderful people, ready to give you a hand with the luggage or any explanations or advice. To be a 2 star, we are very happy with the stay and what they gave us.

We booked this small hotel to visit the city of Viareggio and to participate in its carnival, one of the few places in Italy in which lasts a month. Just arrived the owner welcomed us with great cordiality ', in a very special and beautiful location, all studied in detail from furniture to knick-knacks. We immediately gave all the information on how to move in the city and on things to do in those days, including the booking of tickets for the parade domenica.Ci also gave tips on local restaurants, one in particular agreement with the hotel (the little house of marco polo) good quality for the price. The room was very comfortable and furnished in modern style. The whole accompanied by a perfect cleaning and order. The breakfast was very good, with fresh croissants, cappuccino, jams, honey, cereals, breads, juices ... Unfortunately for an unexpected day after arrival we had to leave and there was sad to leave our vacation and this lovely place. The owner was really accommodating and courteous. He will remain in our hearts this lovely corner of Viareggio in shades of cream and taupe with starfish, shells and stones. Her small white tables with pots of lavender, the wicker chairs and a candor and a peace unparalleled. The kindness of small gestures, the friendliness made us feel at home from the first moment. A special thanks for having organized a special surprise and romantic, even at a distance. You are a two-star, but three deserve ... Congratulations guys, keep it up! Two star hotel located in quiet area near the beach in Viareggio. Friendliness and cleanliness at the highest levels, free parking in front of Hotel. You pay the tax, but this is not due to the structure. Comfort rooms but not very large.

We spent one night and the stuff was really nice to us! It is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the park and not very far from the sea, where they cooperate with the umbrella and deck chair rental. It is very clean and tidy and decorated with a sense for details. I can absolutely recommend to stay here!

Excellent service and Facilities!! Would recommend everyone 1st class amenties and location- definitely worth a trip weather for holiday or business- will be going back for certain !! I went for my 30th birthday and the restaurant they recommended was the best meal we had on our tour of Tuscany. Loved the whole thing- only wish we could of stayed longer!!

Ottima posizione: abbastanza lontano dalla passeggiata lungomare da essere protetto dal rumore, ma abbastanza vicino da poterla raggiungere a piedi. Parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Villino restaurato da poco, arredato con gusto e perfettamente pulito.Il gestore è educato, discreto e disponibile. Camere piccole ma non anguste. Colazione soddisfacente. Offre molto più di quanto richiesto ad un due stelle.

Location perfetta a 300mt dal mare, in una strada tranquillissima, sembra d essere in campagna ma sei al mare!!! L hotel e' nuovo, si vede che l hanno ristrutturato da poco, molto pulito e carino, arredamento privenzale, si respira un aria fresca e pulita, sicuramente troppo x un 2 stelle a quel prezzo, e la gestione d una coppia giovane si vede e come! I proprietari avranno la mia età , poco più d 30 anni, gentili e simpatici, t mettono a tuo agio, sembra d stare a casa! Una colazione fantastica, e il top e' l aperitivo, dove puoi bere quello che vuoi accompagnato da un buffet veramente delizioso, noi, 2 sere su 3 nn siamo neanche andati a cena xke eravamo sazi, dagli stuzzichini che portano!!! Fuori c e' un mini salottino dove t puoi rilassare .... Non voglio dilungarmi, ma credo che i giovani hanno una marcia in più , e l Hotel Lisa ne è' la prova, prezzo giusto, posto carino e pulito, e sopratutto la novità dell aperitivo!!!

La scelta è caduta casualmente in concomitanza ad una mostra a Camaiore dove eravamo espositori e nei paraggi non c'era più posto. Dal sito ci pareva bello ed il prezzo conveniente. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati di fronte ad una piccola palazzina bianca con le imposte grigie ed una zona esterna con tavolini e sedie (zona fumatori). Entrando dalla veranda coperta siamo stati subito colpiti dall'arredamento e dai colori. Tutto chiaro con delle bellissime poltrone in rattan, dei tavolini di fianco ad un bancone bar attrezzato ed una grande area comune con divani e televisore. Ogni angolo arredato con oggetti o piccoli quadri che ricordano il mare, ma tutto nelle tonalità dal bianco al tortora, che regalano un aspetto rilassante e di grande gusto. Nulla sembra essere lasciato al caso. Siamo stati ricevuti immediatamente e con molta cortesia. Le camere, così come i bagni, sono pulitissime!!! Pareti chiare ed arredamento bianco latte, con gli alti soffitti tipici delle case d'epoca. Letti comodi e lenzuola candide e morbide (così come morbidissimi gli asciugamani in spugna). Hanno un televisore su di una piccola consolle, sedie e un appoggia valigia, un armadio con specchio e un condizionatore con invertitore di pompa (freddo/caldo) regolabile manualmente ed al bisogno. Le camere al primo piano hanno il bagno finestrato e si accede dopo una piccola rampa di scale, quelle al pian terreno hanno il bagno cieco e la doccia non separata, ma sono davvero di notevole metratura. La colazione è abbondante: pane, burro, marmellate, miele, yogurt, crostate di frutta fatte in casa, brioches e soprattutto fantastici cappuccini! Il personale è assolutamente disponibile e pronto ad ogni richiesta (anche quando, come è capitato a noi, abbiamo prenotato una notte aggiuntiva alle 20,30 dello stesso giorno...). Per la cena c'è una convenzione con un ristorante vicinissimo, proprio due passi a piedi, dove è possibile cenare molto bene a prezzi più che accettabili. Posizione molto tranquilla. Conclusione: DAVVERO AL DI SOPRA DELLE 2 STELLE! Ottimo lavoro ragazzi, torneremo sicuramente!
